This is a Hands-On cooking class to create the below menus. These classes can be attended either individually or as a series and will focus on the following Regions/Countries;
Mexico February 4, 2:00-4:00pm Chicken Tamales, Sweet Corn Tamales, Sweet Pineapple Tamales and a variety of sauces
Italy March 11, 2:00-4:00pm Chicken Manicotti w/Marinara Sauce White Bean Salad, Rosemary Focaccia Italian Cookies
  Japan April 21, 2:00-4:00pm Okonomiyaki-Japanese Cabbage Pizza or Pancakes Gyoza, Japanese Onion Soup Green Tea & Coconut Cake
Mediterranean -May 13, 2:00-4:00pm Gyros, Israeli Couscous Salad, Tunisian Vegetable Salad, Taztziki,
Almond Torte
