EdenFit

EdenFit is a supervised exercise program of Eden Medical Center. It is ideal for those who have just competed physical or occupational therapy, cardiac or pulmonary rehabilitation, and for those with a health condition such as cardiovascular disease, obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes or arthritis and want a personal plan of exercise to addresses specific health concerns.
