For nearly 20 years I have been painting in California and have always been passionate about the color and texture and shapes of the landscape I see around me. My home studio in Sausalito faces the Bay and the City of San Francisco which provide continual inspiration, along with the hills, vineyards, farmlands and beaches I never tire of exploring.
With this show, California Dreaming, I have explored my imagination and discovered views and sites which I think have become part of my emotional framework. They are with me always. I am excited to put them down on canvas and paper to have a chance to explore them fully and to share them with you.
