Purusha Studio for Yoga, Art, Movement
The Purusha Method is delivered in 3 distinct ways:
1 - School (shala) which educates and certifies professional teachers.
2 - Community (sangha) studio in the outer richmond neighbourhood of the city of San Francisco.
3 - Non profit Seva project which is a National 501C-3 organization (seva).
The sanskrit word "purusha" means the "true self".
