Thiti Tanprapan (AKA Mr. T) an experienced architect, a well-rounded graphic designer, a pastime artist, and now a chef / owner of his new creation, Morph Restaurant. Morph, an Asian Fusion restaurant, was created as part of his, once again, life changing decision to explore a new way of expressing his artistic directions. Mr. T. puts away his hard hat and put on his Toque. His drawing paper has been replaced with pans & plates and the ingredients became an array of colors & textures that entice the taste buds. Mr. T seamlessly morphing himself from one occupation to the next, morphing his food from one ethic to another, from traditional taste to avant-garde flavor, and from art to food. Morph metaphor also plays out in the main design feature of the restaurant; the random patterns on the wall mimic the unpredictable non-linear changes in human lives. Are you ready to Morph?
