Toshio Oguma, former executive chef of Morimoto Napa, leads the team at 2G as the executive chef. He brings over 30 years of culinary experience, including receiving his initial training in the Ginza district of Tokyo.
He has created the menu of 2G to feature items from original recipes to bring the true authentic Japanese dining experience.
