Thermidor

Located downtown on the Mint Plaza, Thermidor is a restaurant and full bar that takes its cocktails seriously while having fun with some of the classic recipes of dining?s past. Our namesake is derived from the iconic and quite decadent dish, lobster thermidor. It brings us to a time and a place and yes we do serve it nightly. The rustic, mid-century setting is inspired by the best design of the 1960?s, Sciolari chrome chandeliers, Maurice Burke chairs and plenty of warm, reclaimed wood.
