CALIFORNIA HOMESTYLE is a concept we arrived at to merge our diverse backgrounds and to reflect the character of the region we call home. Our food is prepared on site, including the salsas, sauces, soups and dressings. We do not use any artificial seasoning, msg, or meat tenderizer, and we do not use lard in our beans. Our veggie and soy burgers are made from scratch. The Mexican mole offered a few times a year is also made from scratch with over 25 ingredients. The burgers are not frozen patties or commercial ground beef, but hand-shaped ground Angus chuck that is anitibiotic and hormone free. Our weekly and daily specials reflect the ecelectic cooking skills of our kitchen, and provide alternatives to our regular menu. So check them outyou won't be disappointed!
