The Valley Tavern is located in the heart of Noe valley on the corner of 24th and Castro Street. Vince Hogan purchased the Valley Tavern in 2001.The location had been a longstanding popular bar in San Francisco and remains to uphold its reputation.
The now thriving upscale Noe Valley named after the last Mexican mayor of Yerba Buena (San Francisco) Jose De Jesus Noe is home to a diverse community. Noe Valley is located just north of the Castro and West of Mission district centrally located in the heart of San Francisco. The Valley Tavern and Noe Valley is easily accessible via muni bus lines 24, 48, 37, 26, and J Church light rail.
The Valley Tavern maintains a core friendly clientele with open arms to new visitors. Our friendly, welcoming staff have a reputation of making you feel at home.
Two pool tables are located in the rear of the bar, so you will never have to wait long to play. By yourself? No problem! There is always someone to shoot a game with!
Local artwork and flat screen televisions line the walls with every sports package available. A beautiful 3 tiered patio is out back, which provides ample extra seating during the day to enjoy a Bloody Mary or our Sunday BBQ.
