Each adult vision screening takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes, and these few minutes could save your eyesight! Early screenings can help in the detection of signs that may indicate possible glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, cataracts, and other conditions affecting sight.
A screening does not provide a diagnosis. However, during the Patient Education, each individual screened will be given an explanation of the screening results, questions will be answered, and suggestions will be offered on appropriate next steps.
Appointments are required for this San Francisco screening. Please call (415) 567-7500 or 1-800-338-3041 to see if you qualify for a free vision screening.
