Chef Andy Kitko, previously at Gary Danko and Aqua, dons his Chef toque to lead his culinary team on their first Union street debut. Kitko has created an exciting menu for his guests, taking them on a culinary journey to points along the southern European coastline. Chef Kitko and his team offer tastes from Southern France, Southern Italy, Southern Spain and North Africa. His Mediterranean dishes are ingredient driven, focused on the seasonal and the healthy.
