Zarzuela

Zarzuela could be a bustling tapas bar in the heart of Madrid's Old Quarter and serves some of the best tapas in San Francisco. Lucas Gasco's Spanish-inspired Hyde Street eatery features classic and inventive dishes such as paella, tortilla espanola, ham and cheese croquettes, roast duck leg in prune sauce, grilled oysters in romesco sauce, oxtail stew, pork medallions with piquillo peppers, garlic-sauteed shrimp, poached octopus, and zarzuela (seafood stew).
