CUISINE:
Show Dogs offers a seasonally-changing selection of 12 globally-influenced, artisan hot dogs featuring sausages from local meat purveyors including 4505 meats, Golden Gate Meats, Fatted Calf and Let’s Be Frank served on organic, custom, sesame seed hot dog buns from Acme Bread. Signature dogs include the Organic Duck Sausage with pasilla bbq sauce and kimchee ($8); Pickled Hot Links ($3.50); Organic Boudin Blanc with apple & horseradish sauce, house mustard and arugula ($7.75); 49’er Corn Dog with house spicy mustard ($5.50); and Lemon Chicken Sausage with house tartar sauce, house mustard and arugula ($6.50). House made sides include the hand cut fries with or without Barbeque Dust ($3.75) and quintessential Onion Rings ($4.00).

DECOR:
Show Dogs’ urban bohemian black and white design is accented with bright red and yellow. An array of time periods are represented in the design elements, which include a modern white-tiled open kitchen, refurbished 300-year old church pews, wood floors and framed photos of Market Street throughout the 20’s, 30’s and 40’s adorning the walls. The contemporary and inviting space is stylishly fitted with marble-topped tables and French aluminum chairs with seating both inside and outside. The space is situated on a highly visible corner spot with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out onto Market Street in the historical Theater District.

WINE/BEER PROGRAM:
Show Dogs offers a carefully curated selection of 10 local drafts, including Deschutes Brewery Black Butte Porter, 21st Amendment Watermelon Wheat and Anderson Valley Oatmeal Stout, available by the 4oz ($2.00); 8oz ($3.00); and 16oz ($5.00) pour and also available through the “Showdog Sampler” of 5oz four beers ($10.00). North Coast Brewery’s Le Merle and Pranqster Belgium Style Ales are available in 750ml bottles ($11.00). Red Zinfandel, Pinot Grigio and Rosé wines are available by-the-glass ($6.00).
