Executive Chef Allen Chen (Alexander's Steakhouse) has developed an outstanding menu which both complements and explores the boundaries of the traditional 'steak & potatoes' fare. Steaks: we serve US Certified Angus Beef, American and Australian 'Kobe', and 100% Japanese Wagyu imported from New Zealand.
