Chef Ron Siegel, formerly of Masa's, showcases Modern French cuisine with a Japanese influence (Siegel won the "Iron Chef" in Japan in 1998). The Dining Room is one of only four restaurants in California (and one of only 14 in North America) to earn the Mobil Five-Star award for 2006.
