See the historic sites of Sweden, including Stockholm, Malmo, Gothenburg, and Alaska. That’s right, Alaska, an island named for our 49th state, is located in the archipelago off the western coast. We'll visit the Martha's Vineyard of Sweden, and small historic villages and castles, walk through ancient stone fortresses that protected Sweden from invaders for hundreds of years, and tour an 18th century sailing ship. Finally we'll visit Denmark, including Copenhagen, Frederikshavn, and Skagen – the northernmost town in that country, where two seas meet.
