Gialina Pizzeria

Gialina, named after my grandmother Nonni “Lina,” is a tribute to my wonderfully goofy Italian family who came from Reggio nell’Emilia, a town in Italy’s culinary heartland of Emilia-Romagna. As you can see from these family photos, Nonni liked to surround herself with food and family. It was a fun way to grow up, and it was always delicious. They taught me everything I know and love about food, cooking and entertaining, and that creating a meal to be enjoyed by others is a great gift.

See us in person to sample our fresh antipasti and salads, delicious thin-crust Neapolitan-style pizzas and special fish and meat roasts of the day. We also have several decadent desserts, but you can’t peek at those until you finish your dinner (that’s what Nonni used to say, and I think it’s good advice).
