Knife Skills: Spring Chicken!
$25 member price/ $35 general admission
Join 18 Reasons and former Bi-Rite Butcher John Lee for a knife skills class that focuses on meat fabrication. We will learn how to break down an entire chicken including:
-How to sharpen your chef knife
-Basic maintenance and safety
-Proper cutting technique
There will be a carving demo at the end of class with a leg of lamb. We will hone our knives and skills together and share a meal together at the end of the class.
*Please bring your chef knife to class with you wrapped in a towel.
