Acroyoga Basics with Jeremy Simon

All levels, all ages, all people are welcome to join the AcroYoga Community. This workshop provides a safe environment to explore trust, connection and playfulness all in the spirit of coming together.
We will play with all the disciplines that AcroYoga offers, combining Yoga, Acrobatics, and Thai Massage. The class experience includes: Circle Ceremony, Partner Yoga Flow, Basic Acrobatics & Inversions, Flying Sequences, and Thai Massage.
