Kopstootje Dinner: A pan Dutch-Austrian Culinary Extravaganza

Bols Genever, Comstock Saloon, & Trumer Pils beer present a unique and interactive dine-and-drink event during San Francisco Beer Week that celebrates the traditional Dutch shot-and-beer pairing known as the Kopstootje or “Little Head Butt.”
In addition to world-class drinks from bartenders Jeff Hollinger and Jonny Raglin, Chef Carlo Espinas will present a special 3-course pan Dutch-Austrian menu. Special guests include Trumer Brewer, Jeff Eaton, and Bols Genever Brand Ambassador Marcos Tello.
