In this two hour workshop, we will explore some of the basic postures, breathing and meditation techniques that make up the practice of Hatha yoga. Students will leave with a basic understanding of proper alignment and technique, and will be prepared for most beginner and all level classes. Yoga is appropriate for just about anyone. You don\'t need to be flexible or be able to quiet the mind. You simply need the desire to show up and do your best.
