Join an incredible evening of very special craft beer (rare and new beers) paired with a creative 4-course menu by our guest beer chef Gabe Gordon from the Orange County culinary scene. Gabe designs a brilliant line-up to pair impeccably with the ale selections provided by 12% Imports. Meet "Gypsy Brewer", Brian Strumke, from Stillwater Artisanal Ales along with the owner of 12% Imports, Brian Ewing, to discuss the stories behind each beer.
