AcroYoga is a holistic practice that combines the traditions of yoga and Thai massage with graceful partner flying. This workshop will begin with a centering yoga practice to embody the healing techniques of sensitivity and receptivity. With these skills in body, mind and heart, we will partner together for guided Thai Massage and Therapeutic Flying sessions.
