This workshop will bring awareness to how we use our shoulders and hips in our yoga practice. Giving students the knowledge to protect their joints from injury during yoga and outside of the yoga studio.
For most of us stress, lifting heavy things (babies included) and posture have limited the range of motion in our shoulders, spine and hips. This is especially true for athletes, such as rock climbers who dangle from the urban or natural rock walls, while we love to do it, our shoulders will often pay the price.
