Dynamic Acroyoga Transitions

On Saturday, we’ll create Spinning Stars - opening a 360-degree perspective on Side Star. Jeremy & Daniel will share invaluable techniques to realize inner strength, smooth flow, and control speed through these transitions. Together as bases grow roots and flyers spread wings, our partnerships will establish shared vocabularies in our bodies to accelerate learning. This will set the stage for designer flows such as Tick-Tock, Ninja Star, London Spin, and the never-before-seen Lunar & Solar Eclipse. On Sunday, we’ll indulge the POParazzi with gravity defying moves and hip juggling feats. You’ll want photographers nearby as our flyers catch air with dynamic popping fun. We’ll get giddy by incorporating bounces to the spinning flows and practicing foundational Icarian acrobatic techniques. Everything will lead up to the unveiling of our new and exciting Skipping Stone series. This class will build progressively on what we learn Saturday, so there can be no drop-ins on Sunday.
