From the classic Pisco Sour, to San Francisco's Pisco Punch, you'll learn the skills to prepare Pisco cocktails at home. Bring a small mason jar to take home a special Pisco infusion you'll be making in class. This class will be lead by Nico Vera, the Peruvian chef, mixologist, and writer for Pisco Trail.
