Discover the Magic of Kimono

A kimono demonstration that will show the delicate apparel culture of Japan; beautifully woven silk fabric, tremendous gradation of colors, elegant stitches and hand-painted designs. Instructors will demonstrate how to dress a model with a Furisode-style kimono. You will also learn about the male kimono tradition. The program will be presented by SF Kimono Day.
