Puglia Winemaker Dinner with Chef Thomas McNaughton

Monday, February 6th, flour + water celebrates Puglia! Join us in celebration of traditional Puglian cuisine with winemakers Edoardo Falvo and Lessia Nebuloni from Masseria Li Veli.
This 5-course rustic tasting menu, prepared by Chef Thomas McNaughton in the Dough Room, is focused on a farm to table concept, in accordance to the idea of a masseria. Masserias are fortified farmhouses commonly found in southern Italy, particularly Puglia and Siciliy. The masseria is closely connected to the concept of the Latifondo- a vast argricultural estate usually given over to pasture. Masseria Li Veli is located on an ancient Messapian site dominating the fertile and sunny Salento plain.
2 seatings available at 5.45 PM and 8.45 PM. Twelve seats are available in each. The five-course dinner, with wine pairings featuring Masseria Li Veli, is $175 (Inclusive Of GRATUITY).
