In the aftermath of the mortgage bubble"s burst, one industry shows the same ominous symptoms of an imminent crisis: student loans" borrowing. Director Aurora Meneghello and producer Serge Bakalian tackled the issue even before it made national news and started chronicling the stories of student borrowers and activists. Their film, Default, is not only a document to these people"s financial and emotional struggle, it is also a call for action directed toward future students and government officials.
