In this free information session, learn how mindfulness meditation can reduce stress and support health and healing. The class includes lead meditations, a video presentation, lecture and Q&A. This is also an opportunity to sign up for the 8-week intensive in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) starting April 4 at A.Muse Gallery. But of course there is no obligation.
