Investigate your levity capacities of humorous expression. Engage mindfulness and presence while connecting to, and expressing (without words) your inner funny. Dig into your ludicrous, your ridiculous, and your absurd in an environment of lightness, levity and laughter. This laboratory is open to all.
 
The laboratory includes Taoist Health Exercises, Voice Warm-ups, kinhin/butoh walks, European clown development, object manipulation, and improvisation.

Moshe Cohen, aka Mr. Yoowho
Moshe Cohen, aka Mr. Yoowho, has been teaching in various Zen centers ever since Roshi Bernie Glassman came to study with him in 1999. Moshe teaches internationally in Theater, Circus, Clown Schools and Universities. He is the founder of Clowns Without Borders-USA, bringing laughter to crisis situations worldwide. 
 
Mark Lancaster
Mark Lancaster is a married priest living at City Center. He has practiced at Zen Center since 1988. He received dharma transmission from Michael Wenger in 2006
