Tanins and acid are the backbone of the structure of wine. And structure has a lot to do with how wine tastes. Join Oliver McCrum for a three-part class that will develop your palate through education on acid, tanin, and therefore, the structure of wine.
\<b\>Class dates:\</b\>
Mondays May 14th, 21st and June 4th. 7-9PM.
This class is appropriate for wine aficionados with some basic knowledge of wine and who are looking to develop their palate sophistication. We will be holding an introductory class on March 6th, 2012 at which we will introduce the concept of structure. If you take that class, you will be set up well for this series.
\<b\>Oliver McCrum\</b\> has been in the wine business since 1978 in England, New York, and close to 30 years in the San Francisco Bay Area.
