Caffe' Sportivo

Since Caffe’ Sportivo opened in June 2008, it has firmly established itself as a community hub available without charge for groups and meetings. It is a performance venue for local musicians and songwriters on Fridays and Saturdays. It also sponsors health/wellness classes and events; serves as a gallery for local artist and art shows (for kids and adults); holds fashion shows for local designers; hosts holiday events; and provides a safe place for the LGBTQ community to feel at home.

This locally owned business is a green business open seven days a week. Its menu includes organic coffee beans & teas, a variety of organic, fair-trade coffee and tea drinks, mini-paninis, pastries, smoothies, European sipping chocolate and more. Free wi-fi and free parking.

Its sister business, Sportivo Training Center, features:
** One-on-one & one-on-two personal training.
** 3D video analysis of body motion & prescriptive customized exercises to alleviate pain, improve specialized sports skills, etc.
** 4-minute range-of-motion machine that burns about 400 calories for a 4-minute upper workout (cardio, chest, biceps, triceps, flexibility) and 4-minute lower workout (cardio, glutes, legs, flexibility);
** Holistic massage therapy, including Swedish, deep tissue, foot reflexology and sports massage.
