Zuora Core Training February 2012 Z-ILT

Zuora University is proud to offer Zuora Core Training – the first course every Zuora user should take. Whether you are a CFO, in billing operations, or an accountant, this course will lay the foundation for deep understanding of the power and flexibility of Zuora in the subscription economy.
This 3-day instructor-led course occurs monthly at Zuora Headquarters. The focus is on understanding the underpinnings of the subscription economy, and how the Zuora product enables all the potential and flexibility inherent in that concept. The target audience is the daily Zuora user who creates new products, new subscriptions, handles amendments, does bill and payment runs, creates refunds and manages the integration with the accounting system. The goal is to ensure that Zuora users understand best practices and common use cases so they can best use and adapt the system to their needs both now and as they grow their business. 
These courses will be given the second week of each month and normally run Tuesday-Thursday. We start the first day at 10am and go to 5:30pm. Days two and three both start at 9am and finish at 5:30pm. We provide lunch on all three days and a light breakfast on days two and three. Drinks and snacks will be available at all times.
Please bring a laptop. If your company cannot provide a laptop, let us know and we will make arrangements.
