Santa Clara Chorale Presents: Music of the Americas

This exciting program explores the musical styles and traditions of the New World, from Canada's Cape Bretton Island to Argentina. "Music of the Americas" will also feature Broadway favorites and jazz standards. Enjoy the best of North America with Appalachian and Canadian folk favorites, bluegrass, and spirituals. As we head south, you'll tap your toes to the infectious rhythm of Latin America's best dance beats, such as the tango, and works by composers Ariel Ramirez and Oscar Escalada.
