The goal of this class is to help initiate “protection through education” by raising awareness about the importance of such plants that the California Native Plant Society has listed as “Rare, Threatened, or Endangered”. Cultivation techniques and strategies will be discussed along with information about the ethical use of more ubiquitous “analog” species.
