Are you managing a web site? Do you have a good understanding of how Google Analytics can help you make business decisions?Are you spending time and effort on managing your web site but not sure you're making the right decision?
 This hands-on workshop is for site operators who already have Google analytics installed but need to learn more about working with this data. The instructor is an experience site operator who both uses Google Analytics daily in her business and has work on analytics wit more than 30 clients.
 
 Instructor:   Susan Mernit is the founder of Oakland Local and a recognized national expert in using social media for personal branding, business and civic engagement.  Mernit is a nationally active trainer and coach for organizations including The John S and James L Knight Foundation, Jaws (Women in Journalism), and The Knight Digital Media Center at USC Annenberg School of Journalism. She was a Senior Fellow for the Reporting on Health project at USC Annenberg School of Journalism and works as a Circuit Rider for the Knight Community
