Federal Tax for Domestic Partners Workshop

There was a major change in 2010 to how the IRS now treats community property of California state-registered domestic partners (RDPs), which will most likely affect same-sex married couples as well. The changes will have a major effect on your federal income taxes, as well as your estate planning. This workshop will help you make sense of the changes, including retroactively in some cases.
