Fun, easy, weekly drop-in class for men. You are invited to join in with rhythm, stories, movement, caterwauling, and more. Structured sessions led by certified InterPlay leaders are both simple and nourishing -- no experience needed! Whether you come once, now and then, or regularly this is one of the easiest, fastest ways to find embodiment, community, fun, and release (first class free!).
