There are so many wonderful ways to have a positive influence on the world—the real art is figuring out how to maximize your talents and focus on what you care about most. These three amazing women have each discovered their own unique approaches to changing the world in big and little ways. In this panel discussion, they will share their stories and inspiration, and will discuss ways we can each make our own impactful choices.
Deborah Santana is an author, philanthropist, activist for peace and social justice, and founder of Do A Little, a non-profit that serves women and girls in the areas of health, education and happiness. Jennifer Pahlka has launched an innovative non-profit modeled after Teach For America, which enlists the talent of the web industry into public service to use their skills to solve core problems facing our governments and communities. Sheryl O'Loughlin has spearheaded several female-focused, values-driven and family-friendly companies, and is now leading the Stanford Center for Entrepreneurial Studies and helping others turn their own business dreams into realities. We look forward to hearing their stories.
