Instructor: Sandy Smith Newcomers start at 9:30. Continuing class at 10:00. This class introduces the Seniors in Balance modified Tai Chi form specifically designed to promote balance. Providing individual attention, we focus on our alignment, coordination, lower body strength and flexibility of the feet. As we learn this shortened form, our movement becomes more fluid, calm and meditative. This class complements the Seniors in Balance Tai Chi Qigong class but is not a required prerequisite.
