Unlike other Latino-targeted business events which can be mostly celebratory in nature, the highly-accomplished panelists and speakers of this event will demonstrate that the threshold of success is not quantitative: it requires responsibility, accountability, hard work and access to capital.

Business professionals, corporate diversity officers, small business owners and entrepreneurs should attend to:
□ Learn which firms have excellent retention rates among Latino consumers and how to emulate them
□ Learn how Latinos are financing the growth of Latino markets in the USA
□ Peek into the Latino talent pipeline of select business students
□ Network with business owners, entrepreneurs and venture capital leaders
□ Hear tips on recruiting and retaining Latino talent
□ Learn why corporate affinity groups need to outreach to the greater Latino business community

Business students are invited to register at a discounted rate and gain access to potential Latino mentors. Students must be a university junior or senior or currently enrolled in an MBA or other graduate business program.

The event will be limited to the first 150 participants who register at http://2010siliconvalleylatinosummit.eventbrite.com. Early bird registration closes February 6th.
