Spend an early lunch hour (or hour-plus) in a playful atmosphere, dancing contact improvisation and/or exploring the wealth of interesting equipment and people at Athletic Playground.

Everyone welcome, from "beginner" to "advanced with beginner's mind."

Takes place during "open gym" time at the Playground, where non-members can always drop in from 9:30 am until 12:00 noon for only $5.

Showers available - bring towel and soap.

Wheelchair accessible. Please no scents.
