Max's Restaurant

Max's Opera Cafe of Burlingame is now
Max's Restaurant and Bar. After closing for two weeks in November, Max's reopened with an updated decor to reflect a young, stylish ambiance. A number of new items are on the menu as well: roasted beet salad, skirt steak mojito, crabcakes on mango buerre blanc, to name just a few. There is also a private room available for banquet dining that seats up to 50 people.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
