Rhythmic Movement Training 1 & 2 teaches simple neurodevelopmental movements to calm active reflexes for children & adults. Integrating primitive reflexes relaxes the body and prepares the body to learn easily, manage our emotions and impulses, and meet life’s challenges with greater ease. Calming movement helps children and adults complete the reflexes and transform challenges into strengths.
