The public is invited to a "Global Gathering" March 6th from 3-5pm to learn about Global Citizens Networks' (GCN) cultural immersion trips. Return participants and trip leaders will share experiences and pictures of Nepal, Peru, Thailand, Guatemala, Kenya, Mexico and several Native American Nations.
GCN is a secular non-profit organization that promotes peace, justice and respect through cross-cultural understanding and global cooperation. In pursuit of that goal, it organizes trips of 8-10 people who live and work in primarily indigenous communities for 1-3 weeks.
