Alameda South Shore Center

Alameda South Shore Center has served Alameda and its neighbors since 1958. Located at the crossroads of Otis Drive and Park Street on Alameda Island, the 594,000 square-foot Alameda South Shore Center is designed as a neighborhood community center and gathering place for the residents of Alameda and the surrounding areas. The center is also home to anchor stores including –Kohl’s, Ross Dress For Less, Trader Joe’s, Beverly’s, Safeway, Old Navy, TJ Maxx, and Bed Bath & Beyond. Other stores include, European Wax Center, The Children’s Place, Dress Barn, Massage Envy, Sophistry Skin Care, Modern Mouse, PetCo, and The Gold Spot Jewelers. Our restaurants provide wonderful dining experiences and include, Pearl’s Deluxe Bugers, Sushi House, Applebees, Zeytini Restaurant and Bar, Chipotle, Daphne’s Greek Café, China Gourmet, Panera Breads, and recently opened is Subway.
Our unique, open-air shopping environment provides an experience like no other. We offer open air promenades with a central fountain area creating a relaxing atmosphere to shop, read a book, eat, or just a place to de-stress and unwind. Alameda South Shore Center is owned by Jamestown Properties and is currently managed by Shelter Bay Retail Group.
